Services

Specific services, not vague promises.

Every service below starts with a conversation about who it’s for, what problem it solves, and exactly what we’ll do together. Scope and deliverables are confirmed before work begins.

One team for the whole accounting cycle.

From account setup to financial reports, we cover the full cycle. So your books, your payables, your payroll records, and your planning all live with the same team that knows your business.

Bookkeeping

Who it’s for: Business owners and the self-employed who want records that stay current.

Problem it addresses: Falling behind on transactions, unclear cash flow, year-end surprises.

May include: Categorizing transactions, staying on top of payables and receivables, and keeping accounts tidy month to month.

Bank Reconciliations

Who it’s for: Anyone whose books and bank statements don’t quite match.

Problem it addresses: Missing transactions, duplicates, and numbers you can’t vouch for.

May include: Matching accounts to statements, flagging discrepancies, and a clean, explained ending balance.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Who it’s for: Teams juggling invoices, bills, and due dates by memory.

Problem it addresses: Late payments in, overdue bills out, and avoidable fees.

May include: Tracking who owes what, scheduling payments, and simple follow-up routines.

Payroll Support

Who it’s for: Small businesses with a handful of people on payroll.

Problem it addresses: Confusion about pay cycles, filings paperwork, and records falling out of sync.

May include: Organizing payroll records and coordinating with your payroll provider. Exact scope is confirmed together.

Budgeting

Who it’s for: Households and businesses that want a plan, not a guess.

Problem it addresses: Feast-or-famine months and spending that’s hard to see.

May include: Building a realistic budget from your actual history and checking in on it.

1099 Support

Who it’s for: Contractors and businesses that work with them.

Problem it addresses: January panic over missing forms and unclear requirements.

May include: Helping you organize contractor information and prepare for 1099 season.

Account Setup

Who it’s for: New businesses, new side hustles, and anyone starting fresh.

Problem it addresses: Messy beginnings that get harder to fix every month.

May include: Setting up your chart of accounts and record-keeping structure from day one.

Financial Statements & Reporting

Who it’s for: Owners who want to understand, not just archive, their numbers.

Problem it addresses: Reports that arrive late, look wrong, or go unread.

May include: Preparing readable statements and walking through what they mean for your next decision.

What to prepare before we start

Whatever you have: recent bank and credit card statements, prior bookkeeping or tax records, and a rough sense of what’s been keeping you stuck. Missing pieces are fine. Organizing them is part of the work. We’ll never ask you to send tax documents or account numbers through this website.

Planning conversations

Tax planning, on both sides of the ledger.

Beyond the books, we talk planning: business tax planning and personal tax planning are separate, dedicated conversations. And they work best together.
